Pets On Wheels 4th Annual Dog-A-Thon!

Pets On Wheels, Inc.’s Annual Dog-a-Thon is a volunteer driven activity; you register to walk (less than a mile) and you get people to sponsor you walking. It is our biggest fund raiser which keeps us going all year. People come from all over and bring their pets. If you would like to participate print out our sponsorship brochure, fill it out and mail it of fax it to Vicki Rummel P.O. Box 44176, Baltimore MD 21236 Fax: (410)256-0171.

There will be various demos, contests and vendors of all kinds. We will have a large raffle table and a silent auction. Food will be available from Shorty’s, and there will be a photographer available for photos.The music is provided by DJGREYHOUND DJ Services.

Former Oriole Ken Singleton will be there for pictures and autographs from 1:00pm - 3:00pm.
Jason of Jason’s Dog Grooming will be clipping nails for $9.
Theresa will be doing face painting $1 for a single design and $3 for the whole face.

Dr. Christina Chambreau, homeopathic veterinarian and author, will again speak on the seven things we can do to keep our pets healthy and answering our questions. She will also be signing her book - the Healthy Animal's Journal. http://www.christinachambreau.com/

We have a Grand Prize for the person who collects the most money for the Dog-a-Thon! Carl Woerner of Pencil Works Studio will paint a portrait of your pet. This is at least a $750 value. Check out some of his work. He does fantastic work and is a nice guy too. He will be at the Dog-a-Thon, so you can meet him and see some of his work. Get out there and start getting donations. This is an awesome prize!
